If you have a problem with a parking meter or discover it isn’t working properly (Blank Screen, Out of Order, etc), please report it immediately using the form below. Or you can send us a tweet, that includes the meter number to @ParkOmaha.

When parking at a meter, if it’s malfunctioning, please either pay by App, pay by phone at (402) 444-7275, opt 1, or move the vehicle. Daily parking can be found at Park 1 (15th and Douglas) or Park 4 (10th and Jackson), which accept cash and credit. Please note, staying at a broken meter does not exempt you from paying the meter. If a vehicle is at an unpaid meter (broken or not), it is subject to a parking citation.
